Installing z/OS 2.5 using z/OSMF Software Management

IBM is extending its z/OS ServerPac software delivery offering to use z/OSMF portable software instances with integrated workflows for configuration tasks.  z/OS V2.5 and associated products will be offered in this new form, in addition to CICS Transaction Server, Db2, IMS and their associated products which are already available. In this session you'll learn about installing z/OS V2.5 using z/OSMF Software Management.  In particular, you'll learn about software instances, portable software instances, how to acquire a z/OS ServerPac portable software instance from IBM, how to install the z/OS portable software instance, how z/OSMF Workflows will be exploited during the installation, and how you can exploit z/OSMF Software Management after z/OS V2.5 is installed.
