IBM Security Homomorphic Encryption Services

Unlock the value of your sensitive data without decrypting it to help maintain your privacy and compliance controls. Today’s business data is stored across hybrid multicloud environments, which can expose it to various risks and vulnerabilities. While encryption allows data to be protected both during transit and storage, the data typically must be decrypted while it is being accessed for computing and business-critical operations –creating the opportunity for potential compromise of privacy and confidentiality controls. In response, IBM has pioneered Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and has conducted over a decade of research to enable computation of sensitive data on untrusted domains without decryption. Now IBM Security is bringing this concept from research to pilot release of first-of-its-kind security services for FHE.
