In this session, we will discuss latest new features of IBM z/OS Container Extensions (IBM zCX) and how you can leverage Linux on Z software to build a hybrid workload with your existing native z/OS software and run both in the same z/OS image. We will also discuss several use case patterns that we have seen many clients deploy in z/OS Container Extensions. In the discussion, we will highlight the co-location benefits of composite solutions, integrated operational efficiency, overall solution control benefits, and the qualities of service of z/OS that are transparently inherited by the composite solutions.
