System Insights Agent Demo: OMEGAMON & SA Agent CICS scenario
In this scenario, we used natural language interactions with IBM Z OMEGAMON Insights and IBM Z Automation Insights agents in IBM watsonx Assistant for Z to troubleshoot a performance issue in CICS. By combining monitoring data and automation insights, we identified the root cause and resolved the issue by canceling a stop request—demonstrating the power of AI-driven operations on IBM Z.
