Operator Collection SDK Tutorial_part_2_debugging

This tutorial demonstrates how to build a new operator collection that performs RACF user management against a z/OS environment. This operator will allow you to create a new user ID by creating instances in OpenShift, and removing this ID once this instance is deleted.
