LGBT+ History at IBM

IBM has been an advocate of the LGBT+ community for many years.  From the 1994 Pride Parade in New York through current events worldwide, IBM and IBMers have accomplished much in the LGBT+ community.  We have recently begun to document the challenges and successes over those years in our IBM LGBT+ Digital Archive, and we've made a subset of those artifacts available in an online timeline.  We encourage other companies to document their LGBT+ history as well, to enable future employees to build upon what we've already accomplished.
