Creating a Remote Output Queue

In this video Kurt Schroeder shows how to configure a Remote Output Queue. This requires you to know the printer model and type (so that you can pick the right transform setting), print server (so you can use the right RMTPRTQ value), and the IP address. For some newer printers, you may also need to ensure that LPD is enabled on the print server.
