Configuring Shared Memory Communications Remote Version 2 (SMC-Rv2) with Network Configuration Assistant
This demo video shows how to use Network Configuration Assistant to configure Shared Memory Communications Remote Direct Memory Access Version 2 (SMC-Rv2).
In the Shared Memory Communications Settings panel of the Performance and Protocol function of TCP/IP profile configuration, you can configure the new SMCv2 function, which allows SMC connectivity over multiple TCP/IP subnets. You also configure RDMA over Converged Ethernet Version 2 (RoCEv2) PCIe Function ID (PFID) information in the advanced settings of OSA interfaces.
