This demo video shows how to use Network Configuration Assistant to configure Shared Memory Communications Direct Memory Access Version 2, also known as SMCv2. 

In the Shared Memory Communications Settings panel of the Performance and Protocol function of TCP/IP profile configuration, you can configure the new SMCv2 function, which allows SMC connectivity over multiple TCP/IP subnets.
