IRLM Reconnection for DEDBs (unit 9, video 3)

When IRLM fails, IMS does not fail. Instead, it quiesces its work and waits to reconnect to the internal resource lock manager (IRLM). It also stops all of the DEDB areas. This video describes how to restart IRLM.
