When we look at how to apply automation to the the challenges that we're facing today, we really look at it as as a ladder. The first part of that latter, that continuum, is what we call digitization and automation of more types of work. What we mean by that is that we think it's important if you're going to have to face changes in demand, changes in the nature of workforce, people working remotely with less access to their expert colleagues and their managers, and if you have to create new offers very quickly, it's important to codify, to systematize, to model the work that you're doing in your organization so that it can be changed and understood much more quickly.
