This video demonstrates how Instana on z/OS provides full end-to-end observability, benefiting both IT operators and mainframe experts to rapidly isolate and diagnose problems without friction. Specifically, this demo use case features the scenario where mainframe services are accessed by two different distributed applications, including a microservice application that enters CICS Transaction Server for z/OS and Db2 through HTTP or SOAP and a Java application that uses JDBC to access Db2.
