This video is an illustration of an Oracle Database Deployment on IBM Power Systems wherever you want using a single pane of glass such as IBM Cloud Automation Manager. 
This new database will be created either on-premise or off-premise in IBM Power Virtual Server. It shows orchestration of independent Terraform templates combined to create such Database As a Service for the end user. 
Having provisioning process splits into several steps allows customization of each individual step for more flexibility and agility in service composition. The video shows also the deployment of an application tier followed by its database tier.
