Join the Advanced Technology Group for a detailed update on the new IBM Storage Ceph 7.1 features that were released in July 2024. This session begins at an intermediate level about IBM Storage Ceph and proceeding into the latest 7.1 features. Specific details will be presented about new object storage capabilities in the RADOS Gateway (RGW). In addition, the session will present the block storage feature updates with NVMe over TCP including alignment with VMware workloads. The IBM Storage Ready Node with NVMe will be discussed, plus a demonstration of the updated Ceph Dashboard UI.
