Narrowing the focus to transactions with the highest response times.
Using IntelliMagic Vision's context-sensitive drill downs to identify key contributors to response time spikes—specifically a dispatch delay caused by a Transaction Class (TCLASS) constraint.
Shifting to region-level analysis using CICS Statistics data to see how frequently TCLASS limits are hit across regions.
Identifying that nearly all TCLASS limit occurrences are tied to a specific TCLASS.
