YP.com needed to transform their sales performance management system and did so with IBM Analytics, knowing they can now more easily access information and create more accurate reporting.

Brian Street, Executive Director of sales compensation for YP.com formerly the Yellow Pages explains "About three years ago, when we looked at our business we had old legacy systems. They were designed to publish phone books and they were very expensive to maintain, and did not have the flexibility we needed to be a digital company. We selected Varicent, IBM at the time. And then over the past two and a half years we've converted seven regions and 35 hundred reps to kind of a common, consistent platform."
