In this digital age, where the customers of the banks expect to be able to do everything digitally, KBC needed a solution to reskill their employees to better serve their customers. KBC and IBM worked together to implement a technology-based solution that offered to each employee to acquire new skills at their own pace and be ready for the digital age. KBC is a multinational bank and insurance company.
